Works in a team environment to provide support and handle various administrative duties in the parts department.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Match purchase orders with invoices to ensure vendor invoices are processed properly in the system. Send approved invoices to Waco, TX for payment.
- Access vendor Web Sites and add freight / handling charges to ship direct orders so customers are billed accordingly
- Builds Purchase Orders for parts used for company vehicle maintenance.
- Processed service and parts billing for parts used on jobs, service van inventory. Enters appropriate parts to service work orders.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience : One to two years of office administration experience
Skills : Must have strong organizational skills
